I designed this example in response to E-Learning Heroes’ e-learning challenge #214.
Pantone recently announced that the color for 2019 is Living Coral, which was the challenge: to incorporate the shade into an e-learning module or template.
In my example, I decided to focus on ways to save coral reefs. The module has 3 slides: an introduction, a video, and an interactive slide with the 10 ways to protect coral reefs.
I decided to remove the ability to move forward in the module independently; learners can move forward after a certain amount of time passes on slides one, and after the youtube video is complete (about 2 minutes in).
Slide three includes a roll-over interaction that uses the color in the markers as well as the text and borders around each coral-saving tip.
